4-19-15. What a great week we had!

We left LA and stopped for a short visit with Cousin Peg in Orange County. Arrived Temecula in Riverside county and had a great time with friend Toni and next day visited with Hollingsworth family. Dennis and Natalie Hollingsworth have the greatest well behaved kids! They are so entertaining and even after hours of being together it wasn’t enough time. Love that family!

Arrived Vegas on 4-13 and joined a group of Winnebago owners. What a kick they were!

We had dinners, went to seminars, played games (we won prizes!) and ended the rally with a banquet dinner with an Elvis impersonator (who was really good). The old timers got up and danced and who would have thought these old geezers “got some moves.” Everyone was so nice. Just goes to show you age doesn’t matter. It’s cute how everyone is retired and doesn’t know what day or time it is and they don’t care. Nothin but love!

We went to the Mob museum. Wowzer. It was so fascinating we forgot to take pictures. Also had a wonderful dinner with long time friends, Valory and David Mitchell! Again not enough time!!

We saw Jerry Seinfeld’s show and we laughed so hard it hurt. You know that deep belly laugh when you are almost begging them to stop. He came out for an encore and took questions from the audience. Every answer was hysterical and off the cuff! Great show!

We saw the Donny & Marie show only because it was voted best show in Vegas for 3 years in a row. Omgosh it was the most entertaining show I’ve ever seen!

We have seen lots of shows and Broadway shows over the years and this one found us with perpetual smiles so much so that the next day our faces hurt. They sang old and new and danced and joked and interacted with the audience. They walked up about 5 feet from us.

So impressed by their energy!

Today is April 19 and we just left Vegas bound for Phoenix, Tuscan, Sedona and anywhere else that catches our eye. Please let us know your favorite places in AZ. Until next week, Happy Trails!
